Coaching – Where? How?
The coaching sessions take place at my office in Versoix (Geneva) or remotely by Skype, in English or French.
Each session lasts on average one and a half hours. Professional coaching support usually extends over 6 to 10 sessions, but you may choose any shorter or longer duration.
Coaching also reinforces the effectiveness of the internal training programs offered by certain employers, by supporting you in the implementation of learning.
Values and commitment
In my practice I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the ICF, International Coach Federation. In a serene setting, you will find empathy, professionalism and absolute confidentiality.
My approach is professional and committed to you. My long experience in various fields of consulting, management and strategy ensures that I have a good understanding of complex work environments and organizations. In any organization or project, large or small, professional issues hide human issues, sometimes relationship difficulties, with oneself and others. Awareness of all these dimensions contributes to reaching your goal.
Individual coaching
My coaching practice is based on two essential principles: the recognition of each person’s unique talents and a belief in their ability to develop their full potential.
Fear of failure, of daring, of leaving our comfort zone, feeling like an impostor, lack of perspective, difficulty in prioritizing and organizing – lead to many frustrations and blockages.
We will form an alliance to address the source of your professional or personal dissatisfaction, and then define the choices, decisions and actions needed to improve the situation.
The steps of coaching
My coaching adopts a process based on questioning and self-exploration, with active listening at the heart. Coaching thus raises awareness and opens the way to inner transformations and behavioral changes. New perspectives emerge.
We may also use simple tools such as the wheel of life, metaphors, visualization, etc.
The coaching process usually develops in 5 steps.
1. Clarifying your objective
What is important to you at this time in your life?
What do you really want to achieve?
What do you expect from the coaching process?
2. Exploring your situation
We will explore together your situation, your stakes, the obstacles, beliefs, circumstances that prevent you from achieving your objective and what could help you to do so.
3. Your options and solutions
What you can do to achieve your goal, in the long term, in the short term?
What are the options?
The ones you never thought of?
4. The development of an action plan in harmony with your values
What actions you will take – in what order, when, how?
5. A review of progress made
What steps have you actually accomplished?
What worked, what did not work?
What needs to be adjusted?
“One ship sails east,
and another west,
by the self-same winds that blow.
For it’s the set of the sails,
and not the gales, that tells the way we go.”

My professional life began in Canada as a lawyer with a large Montreal law firm. I pursued my career in Switzerland first as a consultant in a global network of consultants, then as an independent tax consultant in a renowned law firm. From 1994 to 2015 I was an executive at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance and then at Richemont Group, two multinational groups operating worldwide. Mother of two adult children, family life has brought its share of joys and challenges.
Throughout this journey I have been able to develop my ability to listen and offer a positive vision of life, using common sense and pragmatism– along with confidence in our lucky star. Since 2015 I have been joyfully dedicated to coaching and mentoring young professionals, people in professional transition and social innovation projects. I also work as a consultant and member of the board of directors of ideal organizations. My interests also include good governance, ethical and responsible business practices, social innovation, finance and strategy.
